Review of Punisher: War Zone (2008) by Kristian G — 15 Jan 2010
A brutal, and extremely gory depiction of justice that gets behind the red tape of police rules. Stevenson did a great job of both being a hardened vigilante and also portraying the hurt that brought him there.
A couple of cheesy moments, especially with the child, but I guess that's expected in a comic book turned movie. It was well done though, and makes me want to go rent the 2004 version with Travolta.
Hope it's good too!
