Every decision made during the making of this film was wrong. Use Dominic West in a comically bad role instead of put his talent to real use? Of course. Have the Punisher make choices that are so out of character that they are distractingly painful to the viewer? Every few minutes.
Make sure that every part of the plot has been done in every other bad, formulaic action movie ever? You betcha.
