Review of Punisher: War Zone (2008) by Shane H — 08 Apr 2012
This was better than I expected. Ray Stevenson plays it straight and has the better physical appearance of The Punisher than Thomas Jane had if not the acting chops to go with it, but for this kind of role the acting doesn't take centre stage. The only problem I had was with the main villain, Dominic West hams it up as Jigsaw when he should have played it with more menace.
Pleasingly violent as well with the bad guys getting the punishment they deserve.
