Review of Puncture (1967) by Dinesh P — 10 Mar 2012
Chris Evans finally takes a step away from the action hero roles he has become known for and steps into the spotlight with a rich performance of the based-on-a-true-story character, Mike Weiss, a functioning drug addict lawyer.
Evans embodies this role beautifully, drawing a nice line between his fast-talking, cocky-natured personality that we are used to and the thoughtful and melancholic nature of the A-list pseudo actor that he will hopefully grow into.
Puncture is a great film that not only sells the truth of the state of our medical system but entertains with all-around great performances.
