I just rewatche this movie again, I hadnt seen it since I saw There Will Be Blood.

And to be honest, not only do I preffer it to There Will Be Blood....I actually think it's a more expertly written, terrifically paced, well directed and overall better film. I didnt expect the films genius to creep up on me on the second viewing like it did and I was just shocked how briliant it was and how (even though I loved it the first time) I took the sheer brilliance of this movie for granted.

And that's saying something since I initially thought There Will Be Blood was one of the better films of all time when I first saw it.

And Adam Sandler is absalutely amazing, he's not only just 'good for Adam Sandler', he actually puts on such a great performance that I would want anyone else cast in that role since he was absalutely perfect.
