Besides showing us a plethora of insanely ripped and giant muscle men, Pumping Iron takes us on a journey through the biggest body building competition of the 70s (and probably still the biggest today).
In addition, we also get to witness Arnie's stone cold approach to weightlifting and his method of psyching out his opponents. Honestly, I was rooting for Lou Ferrigno.
