I really liked watching Arnold behind the scenes for the body building competitions> I grew up watching him in action movies, so it was really cool to see him destroying before he become really really famous.
As a workout motivational video, this movie was also good and makes me (and I will) want to get his book The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding.
