''We can never go back. The cities are theirs. Our lives are different now. The things that were supposed to connect us to each other, instead connected us to forces we could never have imagined. The world we know is gone, but the will to live never dies. Not for us... and not for them.''.

When their computer hacker friend accidentally channels a mysterious wireless signal, a group of co-eds rally to stop a terrifying evil from taking over the world.

Kristen Bell: Mattie.

Ian Somerhalder: Dexter.

Being a big fan of Silent Hill I wasn't sure if this would live up to the same standard. Was pleasantly surprised with what I got, a very visual, very interesting horror film.

Really was a far fetched plot of supernatural happenings in technology but the way it's executed impressed me. Artistic and slick.

Interesting in seeing the Japanese version and original to see how it matches up. Ian Somerhalder who I've only seen in the series Lost does reasonable acting along with Kristen Bell, but being young acting people they still need to develop their skills.

Was pleased to see a cameo by Brad Dourif.

The ending felt abit similar to a number of similar themed genres.

''It makes all the sense in the world. Do you have any idea of the amount of data that's floating out there? The amount of information we just beam into the air? We broadcast to everyone where we are, and we think we're safe? The whole freakin' city is going insane, and we're acting like it's nothing. Well, it's not nothing. It's something we don't understand, and it is coming for us.''.
