A lazy, uninspired, and stupid remake of the brilliant Japanese horror film, Pulse fails on every level to reach the horrific heights of its predecessor. All of the philosophical implications and ambiguously creepy moments have been churned through the machine of Hollywood mediocrity to produce a supernatural slasher film that seems lame even compared to other American films of the same genre.
