Review of Psycho III (1986) by Dmitry C — 09 Feb 2009

This sequel disapoints on so many levels. The score was horrible 80's fromage which offset the suspense the film could have offered viewers. Plus the lead actress (Diana Scarwid) is dreadfully bad.

And this series never had to rely on exploiting women with gratuitous nudity before to emphasis the killer is a demented predator. I found that offensive more than anything else. And its badly directed too (by Anthony Perkins) which was the real shocker.

I only saw it because its part of a triple pack of the three sequels and I wanted to add part two to my DVD collection. Seriously, its terrible.
