No other director on the face of this earth utilizes creativity with boundless and limitless opportunism as eloquently as Alfred Hitchcock. If Michael Jackson is the king of Pop, Hitchcock is the king of film; he is the snowy dove trooping with crows among directors.

One of the catchiest musical themes of all time plus the greatest director of all time equals the finest dining among horror films that a movie goer could hope for. The score is upbeat and catchy but also ominous and threatening with a rapid undertone that alludes to a combination of a human heartbeat with a psychopathic mind. Hitchcock's intellectual talent brings about performances so evocatively captivating that for me, no other director's skills can compare. Cinematography brings the straying production elements together in a moving painting that enhances the appeal of the film through art direction, makeup and costuming that compliments the actors like bananas and milk.

The definitive masterpiece in Horror film making, Psycho is not to be overlooked.
