Review of P.S. (2004) by Mel V — 15 Feb 2005
[b]DVD[/b] First Viewing, 2 Kidd films seen.
[i]P.S. [/i]is Dylan Kidd's second film. [i]Roger Dodger[/i] was an excellent film, and it had a great performance by Campbell Scott. Kidd gets another good performance from Laura Linney in this film, but both the story and Topher Grace's character are not developed enough for us to really care whether or not he is the reincarnation of her dead lover. I did prefer Jonathan Glazer's [i]Birth [/i]to this, but neither are worth writing home about (so don't be expecting a letter mother).
