This movie has potential for sure. Taraji P. Henson is a great actress who could be great as an action star, but Proud Mary does her no favors. Henson is the only one here giving a good performance. Everyone else just seems to be going through the motions.
The pace and editing are so off, the music often doesn't fit. When there's action, the CHOREOGRAPHY is great, but everything else lets it down. I'd give it a pass.
