Review of Promised Land (2012) by Drew M — 04 Jan 2013
Promised Land is strong in the beginning, but weak in the end. Matt Damon seems to have lost his writing skills since he won an Oscar for his screenplay in ''Goodwill Hunting''. Matt Damon does deliver a great performance as an actor and John Krasinski delivers a great performance as well taking on his first serious role.
The writing is week and confusing in moments of the film and just feels so dull. Overall not a must see movie, but not a don't see movie. My grade=73%(C).
