Review of Promised Land (2012) by Seth B — 05 Jan 2013

The movie was overall rather good, with some strong performances. The movie is not perfect, it is slow at times and it is hard to be sympathetic with Matt Damon's character, but it was explained to me that this is because the character is conflicted, which makes his actions more understandable.

Astounding how many negative reviews of this movie were posted long before it was released. At least bother to see the movie (like I just did) before posting a review. The audience percentage who liked it has gone up 4% today already.
