While there is some good acting and some cute romance and banter between the small town characters, the message in this movie was so vanilla it was boring. They could have taken a bigger stand, or made more of an impact.

Even the way they gave background on the issue was in three speeches given in town hall meetings or in small groups. Wasted exposition. Wish there was more to the movie to care about since this subject is so important.
