Review of Promised Land (2012) by Lenard W — 13 Jan 2013
Matt Damon is great. I was reminded of his performance in The Informant a couple times. He plays a guy who believes he is doing the right thing, working for a big evil corporation and accepting what they tell him.
You can see in his eyes the conflict shaded beneath between the boy who wants to save his small town and the man who knows that life is more important than money.
