With a whip-smart script from Krasinski and Damon, "Promised Land" is an intelligent, captivating commentary on Oil in America. With Gus Van Sant in the drivers seat, it's a memorable and important film.
What's sad is that they do this in Canada but the residents have no say in the matter and get 0% of the profits.
