This film is INSANE - it's not funny, it's frightening...
This film is about the level of a movie about the Kiss Nightclub fire here in Brazil...
If for you entertainment = sheer anarchy, then this film is for you... For the rest, go watch The Hangover (atleast, this one TRIED to be funny).
