Review of Project Almanac (2015) by Squall C — 27 Jan 2015
This is a movie of exactly what I would do with time travel and I both loved and hated the outcomes. Spending too much time explaining the science, (without actually explaining anything), the second half of the film is fast and interesting with the questions that are raised and the ideas presented.
There is one scene in particular that I can not remember the last time I laughed so hard in a theater. So frustrated that the best looking and funniest character was behind the camera 90% of the movie and they even gave her a method of being more in the movie, but then quickly forgot about that idea like it never happened.
Cleanest found footage film I've seen in the theaters and it not once gave me any indication of oncoming motion sickness, but it's still a MTVfilm, so it still has that going against it.
