Review of Prisoners (2013) by Mr N — 06 Feb 2016
As of now this is the best directed film of Denis Villeneuve. Prisoners makes your eyes glued to the screen, the characters are well written, the pacing is perfect, the story is magnificent and the twist in the finale blew me away like I did not see that coming.
I forgot to mention how beautiful the cinematography is thanks to Roger Deakins. If you haven't seen Prisoners then you are in for a ride.
