Review of Princess Mononoke (1997) by Paulthetallguy — 12 Apr 2015
This is Miyazaki's most intelligent and mature story.
The characters are incredibly realistic, the nature-depicting art is beautiful as always, and there are multiple themes going on. This is an anti-war film, a environmental film, a film about life and death, a film about love and hatred, and a love story, all in one. This is not a film to miss.
