Review of Prince Avalanche (2013) by Neil P — 17 Nov 2013

Not exactly what I expected but this is an interesting and original (if you discount it's a remake of an Icelandic film) story about two mismatched men doing an incredibly dull job. Both the actors do a good job and it's nice to see Rudd not doing his usual comedy and showing a bit of range.

It isn't laugh out loud funny but there are some good character moments. The scenery is interesting in the aftermath of a huge forest fire and the soundtrack by "explosions in the sky" has some great moments as well.
