Convoluted and pretentious... more than a film it's just an engineer's wet dream. All of the characters are flat and interchangeable, the acting is boring, the dialogue is boring... they took a concept that could have been compelling on both scientific and human levels and then just dropped the ball hardcore for reprinting somebody's thesis/masturbation fantasy.
