Honestly, I don't get WHY this film is being hammered so much - it has a cool ambiance, is true to the comics and has some cool fight scenes... not to mention great gore. If YOU like vamp flicks with heroes and villains and the promise of a sequel that you'll enjoy, this is a great flick and I'm buying it as it has 100% re-watch-ability.
