Review of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2016) by Ross M — 06 Feb 2016

PPZ is first and foremost an adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, but it's the little zombie twists that make the story more relatable for those who may normally avoided anything to do with the book.

The cast is great, and Matt Smith steals every scene he's given. The zombies borrow a bit from multiple sources, meaning their not the usual Romero style zombie, so purists may take issue with how they're presented.

My main issue was that the "twist" at the end was fairly obvious, but is hardly enough to spoil a tongue in cheek romp like this. 4 stars.
