Review of Pride & Prejudice (2005) by El U — 31 Mar 2013

Those who have read the original novel by Jane Austen may be surprised. This movie did a wonderful job with the romance, but left out almost all of the comedy. I don't believe that any other adaptation of 'Pride And Prejudice' simply dispensed with the considerable comedic element of the novel.

So for those familiar with the novel, this movie presents only half of the story, but does it very well.
