I really thought I was going hate this movie. I hate period pieces about the 1800's because they're usually cliche and boring. I didn't really enjoy the book either. This movie completely surprised me.
The colors used in this movie very brilliantly express the feelings of the scene and the movie itself is a pleasure just to look at. The acting is superb and Keira Knightley has a stunning performance.
You quickly get caught up in the activities of these complex sisters, each ones personality more intricate than the next. Overall, I enjoyed the movie from start to finish.
