Norton and Farrell are two actors who have a ton of talent but just aren't the box office draws they should be. Both give great performances in this film about a family of New York cops and the shenanigans they get up to. Dirty cops meet old-school cops and throw in uber-ethical cops and BAM...hilarity ensues!
Seriously though, very good film. Go see it.
