Review of Pride and Glory (2008) by Paul D — 07 Aug 2012
I didn't really like this film on first viewing. I thought it was too melodramatic for material that was hardly original enough. A couple of years and a second viewing later, the performances really allow this film to rise above that still apparent flaw.
The ending is still far too over the top, but if you are a fan of Norton, Farrell, Voight, and even Noah Emmerich, you should find this at the least mildly entertaining.
