I know I pimped this movie because I know someone in it, but now having seen it, I am pimping because it is amazing. Granted this appeals to me in everyway, the story of what gay was and what we can be at our very best.
A story of humanity and human rights, politics and labor. The struggle of people fighting a dehumanizing system and coming together even in their differences. And the bittersweet of life before AIDS. I could go on and on but just go.
I cried throughout but only because I am me and have had my life, it is totally uplifting and feel good.
