Review of Predestination (2014) by Richey R — 06 Mar 2015

"Predestination" is refreshingly unique and original. It starts out as a mystery, then continues on to be a gripping, time-travel drama. Very good pacing, acting, make-up and costume design. Didn't put too much emphasis on special effects, but concentrated on plot-building and keeping the viewer engrossed.

The premise is rather complex (and sometimes absurd) but the execution is superb. Exceptional star-making performance by female lead Sarah Snook!
