I knew where the plot was going... or I thought I knew, and the reveal at the end was very satisfying. I haven't been this happy with an indie sci-fi film in many years. I think Ethan Hawke and Sarah Snook did such a fantastic job.
I'm also glad the writers didn't weigh you doing with a lot of exposition to explain everything. There's time travel and it exists... don't need to know every detail.
