Review of Predator 2 (1990) by Its Me And Thats Good — 13 Oct 2009
At first, this movie seems like Hollywood took a solid if not spectacular 1980's thriller and tried very hard to make a mediocre sequel on a low budget to make some easy money. The cast is ok, but doesn't live up to Arnold, Carl Weathers, and Howie Long.
However, by the end of the film you may be surprised to find you actually enjoyed it. Its difficult to pinpoint why this film works, but it does. Don't get me wrong - it isn't as good as the first one, but worth watching for fans of the genre.
