Having been forewarned that Precious was on the whole very depressing I went in ready for a relentless emotional hammering. However despite lots of really shocking and depressing moments, I was surprised by some of the moments that were far more uplifting and in some parts even funny.
Really enjoyable and certainly moving, worth a watch.
