Very depressing movie with a little bit of hope. I give it four stars because I've never seen a movie like this before, and I know that it portrays what many do not know happens in this world. Such great performances, that I forgot I was watching a movie.
I felt what the characters felt. It brought me to tears. Worth watching, but I wouldn't watch it again because it's so depressing and the mother disgusted me with her selfishness. Monique, who played the mother won an Oscar for her performance.
You know an actress/actor is great when you can't stand them in the movie!
