For a film called "Power Rangers," it's actually quite good. That's not saying much, but it's worth saying. There's enough mature humor, unique visual style, and solid acting (especially from the leads) to attract an audience; it's just a shame that most of it is undercut by a by-the-numbers plot and a been-there-done-that third act.
