Review of Powder Blue (2009) by Joe A — 23 Jun 2009
This gloomy ensemble drama set in L.A. offers nothing new to this minor sub genre, but, I found it involving anyway. Was it the good performances? Was it the characters? Or was it being able to identify a bit with how some of them felt? Probably a mix of these factors helped me to remain interested in a type of film that I normally don't enjoy.
