Some parts feel like a hallmark movie. the concepts are very high and I live the science behind the idea of Powder. I think this movie could be better realized in today's cinema. Flannery did a good job in the role.
He portrayed the vulnerability of the character very well. This movie, upon further viewings, has a Green Mile feel to it.
