This was pathetic. She learns NO Japanese whatsoever therefor making for the total misunderstandings with her "sensei" that are meant to make for some sort of "drama".
She doesn't just come across as totally useless but an ugly duckling who never finds out they are a swan, coz she ISN'T.
Her romantic interest is better looking and u can see he has trouble suspending his disbelief that he's supposed to be in love with her.
One star for showing that Ramen is a meal worth eating - if made right of course!
