Review of Posse from Hell (1961) by Senor C — 25 Aug 2011
A real under appreciated oater w/ a good cast w/ an early Lee Van Cleef who's in this too little. When he shows up @ the beginning & will stab you for your whiskey I was expecting great things.
Unfortunately he's the first to go in the group of outlaws who come into town, kill four people, rob a bank & kidnap Zohra Kampert (that they sexually accost) who are hunted down by Audie Murphy & his 'posse from hell' Actually this posse is a little green especially banking accountant John Saxon who's barely been on a horse & has to have some whiskey splashed on his ass because he's so saddle sore.
What a waste of some perfectly good whiskey but I was thinking of soaking my balls in some Wild Turkey because of this summer heat rash I have going on.
