Review of Poseidon (2006) by Thomas P — 19 Sep 2012

Wolfgang takes another stab at 'The Perfect Storm' only this time with more visuals and even less of everything else. No story. No character developement. No dialogue really. A film solely driven by its ability to dazzle you with incredible special effects.

While featuring a large cast of big names, none of the characters have any depth and the little dialogue between them is stupid and pointless. Lots of unnecessary sub-plots aswell. If the special effects of this version were to mesh with the characters of the original, we'd have the ultimate disaster movie bud sadly this isn't the case.

Entertaining enough for a but of dumb (but epic) fun.
