It seems like ever move Paul W.S Anderson puts out gets horrible reviews, Pompeii is no exception.
You know something is not quite right when you start cheering the Volcano on, that's right, character development in Pompeii is so poor that it is almost none existent. They want me to feel sorrow for the characters in the movie, but the character development was so bad, that I had very little sympathy for them.
I would say the only real redeeming quality's about this movie are the Gladiator fighting scenes, and the Apocalyptic Mt. Vesuvius.
