The effects were great, the story could have been deeper and the acting was horrible. But what do you expect with the pimping of yet another Game Of Thrones Actor.
The PG rating really bothered me on this one too. it was to show slavery and gladiators but with every slap the camera purposly moved away. it was distracting and ruined the feel of just how scary it would have been to live then.
