Review of Poltergeist III (1988) by Tina G — 31 Dec 2008
When I watched II, I said the main complaint was that they eliminated the house, which was one of the main characters. In 3, they get rid of all the family all together, save Carol Anne, and give her Tom Skerritt and Nancy Allen to work with.
Not exactly a good idea. The result is one bad cheesy 80's movie. I say cheesy because the outfits the women wear increase this to two stars. Confusing, stupid, and dull, this makes Poltergeist II look like, well, Poltergeist.
