Review of Poltergeist (2015) by Luke A — 29 May 2015
How frustrating! After a promising start along with some nice effects, and a few well directed scenes, the second act goes overboard with unconvincing scenarios with a lack of suspense. It turns into the same PG-13 haunted house movie we've seen 1,000 times in the past few years.
They can't even get the classic "They're here" line right.
