Review of Poltergeist (2015) by Stephen P — 04 Jul 2015

I liked it. I know it is not the original and that the parents acting was not my favorite, but as for remakes this could have been a lot worse. The biggest complaint I have with the movie is they really don't build the emotions, the drama, or the suspense.

Everything is done so fast, where the original really built up moments. It is one of the best remakes, and does hold its own, but is not better than the original but is still really worth seeing. FYI the original is my favorite movie of all time and this coming from a paranormal investigator.
