Mauser and Lassard's academies square off in a battle to determine who's academy will not be closed due to budget cuts. Great joke with Mauser's eyebrows and Kazurinski a good add to the force and well paired with Bobcat.
Many jokes here are recycled from the first two, an indicator that maybe this series had run its course but at least they recycled their good material.
