Review of Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment (1985) by Matt H — 19 Jun 2007
I don't honestly remember this one but it was Bobcat Goldthwait's debut in the series which makes it an unmitigated success. I also believe this is the first installation in the series that had the Blue Oyster Club in it, which is a strikingly nuanced metacommentary on the interplay of sexuality and the state.
At least that's how I remember it from when I last saw it as a 7 year-old.
