The greatest action movie of all time. Keanu Reeves plays Johnny Utah, a former all-pro QB that tweaks his knee and has to settle with becoming a FBI Agent. He and his partner Gary Busey are in charge of investigating a group of surfers "chasing the waves" by robbing banks dressed like presidents.
They call themselves... wait for it... The Ex-Presidents! Oh yeah. Badass. Throw in a gnarly cameo from LA fixture Anthony Kedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Tank Girl Lori Petty, you got yourself a hell of a movie! A beach heavy action movie about bank robbery and surfing.
Sounds like heaven.
